The Serra do Gerês is known for its diversity of herbs, some of which we've selected to give this gin a different flavour.

This gin is submitted to and created from 7 individual distillations with 9 botanicals, some of which come from the Serra Do Gerês.

Among the main ones are juniper, St. John's Wort, peppermint, orange, lemon,...

It's important to note that even the water is the purest that Gerês can offer.

It plays an important role in balancing the flavour of our gin, making you feel the true freshness of Serra Do Gerês.
