Having moved to Portugal a year and a half ago, coming from a place where everything is familiar to a new country where we didn’t know where to find a doctor, lawyer, Gas company, etc was intimidating in the beginning. We then bought a house that needed renovations and finding help was a new hurdle. We also couldn’t always find out where the festas or markets were and what was happening in our area.

If only there was a website in English and Portuguese that could tell us about everything happening in Portugal as well as our area. A website where we could type in our area and what/ who we were looking for. A website with reviews on services rendered and recommended. A website that could help advertise new businesses that expats are starting as well as other businesses and services that come with good reviews ….and so Portugal directory was born. A service that could benefit businesses and customers.
