The Chilli Experience LDA have one of the largest selection of spices, spice mixes, dried herbs, dried chillies and world foods available in mainland Portugal. We have a physical shop in Cabaços, Alvaiázere in Leiria district but also ship out across Portugal on a daily basis from our website www.thechilliexperience.com
Our physical shop is open from 9am to 1.30pm on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays and we stock a great range of products available from across the world including India, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and more. We also carry a range of artisan Portuguese products including flavoured honeys, teas and fruit infusions, chilli hot sauces, infused oils and more!
In summer and autumn months, we also have a range of fresh chilli peppers (ranging from mild to wild) that we bring to market grown on our chilli farm in Ferreira do Zezere

I discovered this gem of a store recently. I signed up for their newsletter and received word that they had fresh picked scotch bonnet peppers available! I immediately placed my order for some (and several other hard to get in Portugal items). I live in Braga, so I had them sent to me. My order was promptly filled and arrived in 2 days after placing the order! Wonderful service!! 👍
