Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had — and I wasn’t expecting to find it in Lisbon! Every dish was bursting with authentic flavour, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. The location is fantastic too, tucked into the lively Parque das Nações waterfront, which made for a lovely evening stroll before and after dinner.
What really set the experience apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to the bartender, who crafted some of the best margaritas we’ve ever tasted — perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and beautifully presented.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through Lisbon, MexTuga is absolutely worth the visit. We’ll be back on our next trip!
