The 3 floors of this massive property have been fully refurbished in 2018/19, according to very high standards. This is the dream villa for big families or large groups of friends.

Bedrooms

The villa comprises 10 genuine suites, 6 located in the 1st floor and the other 4 located in the ground floor. The 38 sqm master suite is served by a huge bath tub with glass and LED lights.

The bedrooms were decorated with contemporary furniture. Some vintage objects were added to pay tribute to the local craftsmen and to create a comfortable and homelike environment. As an example, instead of using stone, the bathrooms were fitted with Nordic wood with epoxy finishes: the result was precious.

All the suites have a LED SMART TV connected to the Internet via optical fiber cable, so you can stream lightning fast digital contents from Netflix or from another source. There is a 2.1 sound system to come along. Even the bathrooms are equipped with speakers. Most of the bathrooms are also equipped with walkthrough showers set on wooden basis, for easy access and maximum comfort.

Exterior

The 2000 sqm plot features a huge garden with a large swimming pool, surrounded by a Brazilian wood deck. The garden is served by a restaurant area of 60 sqm, with BBQ and seats for 20 people. Environmental sound system is available via Bluetooth. This will enable you to broadcast your favourite playlist from your mobile phone.

Around the pool area, you can either have fun on the volleyball court made with beach sand or just relax in the sun loungers set under the coconut umbrellas, with a fine gin glass on your hand.

If you’re hungry and don’t want to go out, just login to the service app, order the best homemade take away food ever or request a 5 stars private chef to cook for you. It is easy to enjoy life in the Dream Villa.

Did you bring your kids along? Let them get the most out of their holidays and throw them a party. Through the magic service app you can request an inflatable castle and lots of other funny surprises for the little ones, while you lay back and relax in the sun.

Kitchen & dining area

The ground floor has a small restaurant inside. A fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art SIEMENS equipment will be the delight of every chef. Some appliances were put in to make it special: a professional expresso coffee machine, a wine fridge cabinet, an electric stove with horizontal air/smoke extraction and a large vertical freezer.

The dining area features seats for 20 people around the kitchen bench and around the dining table, both overlooking the stunning garden outside. Big cabinets set on one wall provide storage for more than 30 people.

Living room

Next to the kitchen you’ll find a very comfortable sofa facing a large round LED SMART TV. The sound enthusiasts won’t be disappointed with the quality and power of the living room Dolby surround sound system. If you feel like getting some popcorn and going to the cinema, you won’t need to leave the villa: just choose the movie from the digital video library and have fun with the family.

The Gym

While enjoying the fine Portuguese food and wine, you might put up a little bit of weight. To burn some calories, you’ll find a fully equipped gym on the -1 floor with bodybuilding machines, weights and bikes. You can also throw some punches and kicks to the bag or practice yoga in the floor mattresses. All of this can be done listening to the “Eye of the Tiger" or relaxing music, through the Bluetooth sound system.

The Cocktails & Dreams Club

Yes, the villa has its own private club for the sole usage of the tenants! And we’re not talking about some tables, chairs and a few beers on the basement. The name might not be original (1988’s Cocktail movie starring Tom Cruise), but the concept is.

In a 200 sqm area decorated with wood and stone, you’ll find a central bar that serves the sports and games room, the cards’ table and the live band dance floor. Yes, you can hire a band!

The fully equipped club can be opened by request with lots of options: flair barman, live band, karaoke, 80’s/90’s DJ, birthday parties, weddings etc.
