Went to SEEN by Olivier while in Lisbon and honestly had such a great experience. The ceviche tacos were incredible, fresh, bright, and probably my favorite thing we ordered. Everything felt thoughtful without being pretentious, and the atmosphere was lively but still relaxed enough to enjoy the food and conversation.
Service was genuinely excellent too, attentive in a natural way that made the whole night feel easy.
One of those places that feels special. Would definitely go back.

Elegant, trendy bar/restaurant with rooftop views. We got an inside table and then afterwards the waitress showed us how to get to the rooftop bar area. Lovely view of Lisbon at night.

Great restaurant and it was a perfect finish to 3 nights in wonderful Lisbon. Definitely need to make the effort and dress up for this place, the email confirmation told us to dress elegantly. Views are fantastic and food and service was great. They were happy to move us to a table with a better view.

I accidentally mixed the reservation day, but they were kind enough to find a table for us.
Customer service is very nice, the indoor is nice, but of course the outdoor part is nicer.
Food could have been a bit better, there were no special flavors in whatever we have ordered: lobster roll, pasta, and some other things
